NFL Week 15 Best Bets: 3 Spread Picks for Sunday’s Slate

Last Updated: a day ago

With the NFL playoff race ratcheting up, Week 15 is just around the corner.

Now 5-3-1 on the season, I’m turning my attention to my favorite NFL Week 15 predictions. Let’s dive in.

NFL Week 15 Best Bets

All NFL odds used for these Week 15 best bets are current as of Wednesday, Dec. 10, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

New York Giants -2.5 (-115) vs. Washington Commanders

The Giants have played their way into conversation for the No. 1 overall pick behind a lame duck coaching staff.

However, for all that’s gone wrong over the last few months, they seem to have found their answer at quarterback in Jaxson Dart. He just needs to stay healthy.

Look for Dart to lead them past the Commanders, who will be forced to turn back to Marcus Mariota while saddled with an eight-game losing streak and the NFL’s worst record against the spread (4-9).

I’m taking the Giants -2.5 for my NFL pick of the day.

New York Jets +13.5 (-115) @ Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars are good, but they haven’t gone into a game favored by more than six points all season.

This line seems like an overreaction to the Jets’ dismal performance last week against the Dolphins, in which undrafted rookie Brady Cook was pressed into action at quarterback because of injuries to Tyrod Taylor and Justin Fields.

Assuming at least one of those two is back, expect the Jets — who are a respectable 7-5-1 ATS — to put up a better fight and stay within two scores of Jacksonville.

New York +13.5 is one of my top Week 15 NFL picks.

Green Bay Packers -2.5 (-110) @ Denver Broncos

The Broncos are currently tied for the AFC’s best record at 11-2, while the 9-3-1 Packers are second in the NFC and just a half-game behind the Rams for the NFC’s top mark.

Will things stay that way over the next month? While Denver’s at home, there are still questions about just how good the Broncos really are. Seven of their wins have come by four points or fewer.

Look for the Packers, with a significant edge at quarterback, to knock them off on the road.
