Week 13 is almost here. The action kicks off with a triple-header of NFL games on Thanksgiving, followed by an intriguing standalone contest on Black Friday and a packed Sunday slate.
After going 2-1 with my picks last week, I’m looking to keep the good times rolling.
Here are my NFL Week 13 predictions for Sunday’s action.
NFL Week 13 Best Bets
All NFL odds used for these Week 13 best bets are current as of Wednesday, Nov. 26, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Carolina Panthers +10.5 (-112) vs. Los Angeles Rams
The Panthers fell flat in primetime Monday, squandering their chance to take command of the NFC South in a 20-9 loss to the 49ers.
There was a lot of blame to go around, but Bryce Young was arguably the biggest culprit. A week after passing for a franchise-record 448 yards, Young averaged only 5.8 yards per completion and was intercepted twice.
The Rams, on the other hand, looked dominant in a 34-7 beatdown of the Buccaneers. Winners of six straight, they have separated themselves as +400 favorites in the latest Super Bowl 60 odds at DraftKings.
While there’s a lot to like about the Rams — including their NFL-best 8-3 record ATS — recency bias has pushed this line too far in their favor.
To lead off my NFL Week 13 best bets, look for the Panthers to turn in a far better performance at home and keep this game reasonably close.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3 (-112) vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Buccaneers aren’t as bad as they looked in Sunday’s 34-7 loss to the Rams, and they seem to have avoided the worst regarding Baker Mayfield.
The two-time Pro Bowl quarterback has a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. If he can’t go, Teddy Bridgewater will be in line to start.
Normally, that’d be cause for concern. But it’s hard to put much stock in the Cardinals, who are careening toward another last-place finish after dropping three straight and seven of their last eight.
No matter who’s at quarterback, look for the Buccaneers to take care of business at home.

San Francisco 49ers -4.5 (-110) @ Cleveland Browns
Shedeur Sanders held his own in Sunday’s 24-10 victory over the Raiders, becoming the first Browns quarterback to win his first NFL start since Eric Zeier in 1995.
Here’s hoping he savors it.
The rookie fifth-rounder will face a significantly tougher test against the 49ers, who, even with injuries, still have a far better defense than Las Vegas.
If Brock Purdy takes care of the ball, San Francisco should win handily. I’m laying the points with the 49ers as my NFL pick of the day.
