To close out the penultimate week of the 2025-26 NFL regular season, the Atlanta Falcons are hosting the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams still have a slight chance of earning the No. 1 seed in the NFC, while the Falcons have already been eliminated from playoff contention.
However, this game will still mean something to Atlanta head coach Raheem Morris, who will take on the team for which he served as defensive coordinator from 2021 to 2023 for the first time.
Below, I’ll pick out my three best bets for Monday Night Football.
Best Monday Night Football Prop Bets for Rams vs Falcons
All NFL odds used for these MNF prop bets are current as of Friday, Dec. 26, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Matthew Stafford: Under 2.5 Passing Touchdowns (-189)
Opposing quarterbacks have faced the Falcons’ Cover-3 on 228 of their dropbacks, and they’ve only thrown seven touchdowns against it.
Stafford has just nine passing touchdowns against Cover-3 this season and just one game with multiple touchdown passes against that coverage.
The next most-played coverage by the Falcons is Cover-4, and Stafford has just one passing touchdown against Cover-4 all year.
Stafford finishing with two or fewer passing touchdowns is my NFL pick of the day.
Bijan Robinson: Under 17.5 Rushing Attempts (-121)
Robinson has 18 carries or more in only six of 15 games.
Last week against the Arizona Cardinals, Robinson and Allgeier split carries 50/50, while Robinson caught seven passes for 92 yards and a touchdown.
With Atlanta likely playing from behind, Robinson should get plenty of action in the passing game, but I predict he’ll finish with 15 carries.

Kirk Cousins: Over 20.5 Pass Completions (-132)
Closing out my top Monday Night Football props, I’m looking to the other signal-caller in this matchup.
Cousins has completed 21 or more passes in three of his last four games, and he should be forced to throw more in a negative game script.

Not only that, but he’s getting the ball out quickly, with an average time to throw of 2.57 seconds.
The Rams have allowed a completion percentage of nearly 70% when quarterbacks deliver passes in that time or faster.

By combining my MNF best bet into a Same Game Parlay, you’ll get odds of +345. If you were to wager $100 and win, you’d get $345.
