We have 10 games on the NBA schedule tonight, with the Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets kicking things off and the Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies closing things out.
Speaking of the Grizzlies, that team is already littered with injuries, with Zach Edey, Brandon Clarke, Ty Jerome, and Scotty Pippen Jr. hurt and out.
Four undefeated teams remain in the NBA: the Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs, Philadelphia 76ers, and Chicago Bulls. Of those, the only team playing tonight is the Bulls, and they’re favored at home against the Sacramento Kings.
With all that in mind, below, I’ll explore my four best NBA player props for Wednesday, Oct. 29.
Let’s dive in.
NBA Player Props for Tonight (October 29)
All NBA odds used for these player props bets are current as of Wednesday, Oct. 29, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Nikola Jokic: 40+ Points/Rebounds (-104) vs New Orleans Pelicans
Leading off my NBA player props today is the Denver Nuggets star.
This season, Jokic is shooting 80% on 2-point shots and is taking on the league’s worst 2-point shooting defense, the New Orleans Pelicans, who are allowing opponents to shoot 64.3% on them.
Additionally, no team allows more rebounds than the Pelicans, who give up 26.7 per game.
Jokic is going to dominate in the paint. A game of 25 points and 15 rebounds is not out of the question at all for a player who’s leading the league right now at 15.3 rebounds per game.
Nickeil Alexander-Walker: 13+ Points (-105) @ Brooklyn Nets
Fellow Hawks forward Zaccharie Risacher is probable for this game with a right ankle sprain. If he suits up, this could impact Alexander-Walker’s minutes, but 13 points or more is certainly on the table.
He averages 6.8 3-point attempts per game, which leads the Hawks, and is taking on the Brooklyn Nets, who allow opponents to shoot an eye-popping 46% from beyond the arc.
As far as NBA prop bets go, this one has the chance to come relatively easily, but of course, we’ll have to see how much Risacher impacts Alexander-Walker’s minutes if he suits up.
Jalen Suggs: Under 11.5 Points (-117) @ Detroit Pistons
While Suggs has been incredibly efficient this season, shooting 73.7% from the floor, including 60% from beyond the arc and 88.9% of 2-point shots, he’s averaging just 18.7 minutes and 12.3 points per game.
Tonight, he’s taking on a Pistons team that allows opponents to shoot just 47.5% on 2-point shots, the third-lowest rate in the league.
He needs more minutes, and until we get that, I’ll fade him here as one of my best NBA prop bets.

Sandro Mamukelashvili: 10+ Points (-101) vs Houston Rockets
To wrap up my best NBA player props tonight, I’ll target the backup center for the Toronto Raptors.
With fellow Raptors center Jakob Poeltl doubtful for this game, Mamukelashvili should start and play a valuable number of minutes.
Over his career, Mamukelashvili averages just 5.3 points per game, but in last season’s games where he played at least 20 minutes, he had 10 or more points in 6 of 7.
He’ll get to double figures here.
