Michigan vs Arizona Prediction
Michigan vs Arizona Score Prediction: Michigan 78, Arizona 76
Michigan (35-3) rolled through the Midwest Regional, winning all four tournament games by at least 13 points. The top-seeded Wolverines were at their most dominant in their 95-62 Elite Eight rout of No. 6 Tennessee, in which they hit 10 3-pointers and shot 52%.
The Wolverines have arguably been the most impressive team outside of West Regional champion Arizona (36-2), which won its four games by an average of 20.5 points. That included a 79-64 Elite Eight triumph over No. 2 Purdue, in which the Wildcats dropped 48 points after halftime.
This one feels like a real toss-up, but I’m siding with the Wolverines, who have shown fewer vulnerabilities in March.
Michigan vs Arizona Best Bets
Michigan -1.5 (-112) vs Arizona
Both teams rank in the top five in both offensive and defensive efficiency, making this a heavyweight showdown of epic proportions. This one seems destined to be close down the stretch.
The spread opened at Michigan -1, and enough early money has come in on the Wolverines to nudge the line to -1.5 at the time of writing. It likely won’t move much more between now and tip-off, but you’d be wise to grab Michigan at that price.

While there’s very little separating these teams, the Wolverines are slightly older and have a coach in Dusty May who’s been on this stage before.
That’s enough reason to back Michigan as one of your best college basketball bets today.
Michigan vs Arizona: Under 157.5 Points (-110)
Sure, both offenses are elite. But these teams also know how to dial it up defensively, as we’ve seen throughout the tournament.
The Wolverines are the No. 1 rated defense, while the Wildcats are No. 2, according to KenPom.

In a game this close, possessions will be at a premium late. Look for both defenses to buckle down and keep this below 157.5 points.
The current total is a shade too high for my liking.
