The only game with a double-digit spread this week is between the Creighton Bluejays and Princeton Tigers. This is expected as the Tigers are a 15-seed in the tournament.
Since the NCAA Tournament field expanded to 64 teams in 1985, neither Creighton nor Princeton has advanced to the Elite 8.
Let’s dive into the best Creighton vs Princeton props to target in this Sweet 16 showdown.

Creighton vs Princeton Game Props
Creighton -5.5 First Half (-110) • DraftKings Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Greg McDermott will have his Bluejays ready to go this Friday, especially on defense. Princeton is a team you don’t want to let hang around like Arizona did in the first round, and the Bluejays will want to get out to an early lead.

If Creighton is hitting their threes early, then they should have a decent lead going into the half.
The Bluejays scored 39 points and had a 10-point lead at halftime against Baylor, and I could see a similar result this Friday against the Tigers. That’s why I’m making this my CBB pick of the day.
Creighton vs Princeton Team Props
Creighton: Over 75.5 Points (-110) • DraftKings Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
The Tigers are 96th in KenPom’s adjusted defensive efficiency rankings, and Creighton ranks 23rd in KenPom’s adjusted offensive efficiency rankings. The Bluejays are also one of the best three-point shooting teams in the nation and are averaging 76.7 points per game this season.
Back Creighton to put on an offensive display.
Creighton vs Princeton Player Props
Trey Alexander: Over 1.5 3PM (-123) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Trey Alexander is second on the Bluejays in scoring this season, averaging 13.6 points per game while shooting a stellar 42.3% from beyond the arc.
He has made 63 threes this season but has gotten off to a slow start in the tournament. He scored 17 points against Baylor but only went 1-for-4 from distance and is now a combined 1-8 from three in the tournament.
This number is way too low for a player who will take four to five threes a game and is making over 40% of his attempts. Back Alexander to cash in from three in this contest.
Ryan Kalkbrenner: Over 5.5 Rebounds (-103) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
This is a very low number for a center that is 7-foot-1. He isn’t the best rebounder on his own team, but Kalkbrenner averages 6.2 rebounds per game and has had seven boards in each game of the tournament.
His presence in the paint will be crucial for the Bluejays as Princeton has dominated the glass in their first two tourney matchups.
