Tyler Higbee Super Bowl Props 2022 | Higbee Prop Bets vs Bengals

Last Updated: Feb 11, 2022

*UPDATE: Tyler Higbee has been ruled out for the Super Bowl as of 5 p.m. ET on 2/11/22, but check out our Kendall Blanton prop bets instead.

The Los Angeles Rams are headed to the Super Bowl, where they’ll square off against the Cincinnati Bengals in the familiar confines of SoFi Stadium.

The Rams prevailed over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Conference Championship Game despite losing tight end Tyler Higbee early in the contest with a knee injury. Higbee has since been diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is currently day-to-day, putting his status for the Super Bowl in question.

While we’ll need to monitor Higbee’s injury ahead of the big game (and potentially pivot to Kendall Blanton props if he sits), here are some prop bets you should target for him if he does end up playing against Cincinnati.

Please note that all Super Bowl 56 odds are current as of 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 10.

While Higbee played just 14 snaps before exiting against San Francisco, he was on his way to another strong game prior to his injury. He’d already drawn three targets from Matthew Stafford, hauling in a pair of receptions for 18 yards.

The knee injury ended Higbee’s run of six straight games with at least 40 receiving yards — an impressive streak for a tight end. Consistent volume like that typically translates to touchdowns, and sure enough, Higbee had two during that span.

In what could be a high-scoring game between two potent offenses, Higbee is a solid bet to find the end zone if he suits up. He’s already nabbed five touchdowns this year and presents a big target for Stafford near the goal line.

With Cincinnati likely to focus its defensive attention on stopping Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr., Higbee should have more room to operate and potentially hit paydirt for our NFL bet of the day.
