How the BetMGM Daytona 500 Promo Works

Taking advantage of the BetMGM Daytona 500 offer is easy — just follow these steps:

  3. If your first wager loses, you’ll be awarded a refund, up to $25.
  4. Refund will be awarded in form of a Free Bet.
