Week 13 lived up to expectations as we had several games come down to the final possession and the final play. It was a revealing week for a lot of contenders and the playoff picture is finally starting to clear up.
But who are the best teams in the NFL heading into Week 14? Let’s rank them from 32-1 to find out.
All playoff lines and odds are courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Tuesday, December 7 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
NFL Power Rankings for Week 14
32. Houston Texans (2-10) ⬇️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: N/A
The Texans scored zero points at home in Week 13 against the Colts despite benching Tyrod Taylor at halftime and inserting Davis Mills. This is a team with no direction that has really struggled on both sides of the ball all season long.
31. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-10) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +1000000
The Jaguars have the second-worst offense in the NFL, averaging just 15 points per game. Trevor Lawrence has regressed over the last two months, but it’s not totally his fault as his supporting cast is the worst in the league.

30. Detriot Lions (1-10-1) ⬆️ 2
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +1000000
The Lions got a much-needed win and played extremely well against the Vikings. Detroit has been in a ton of games this season, only to fall short on the final possession. But this time, they were on the winning side as Jared Goff threw a game-winning touchdown as time expired.
29. New York Jets (3-9) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds:+500000
The Jets allowed Gardner Minshew to throw all over their secondary as the Eagles totaled over 400 yards of offense in the Meadowlands. The good news is that Zach Wilson finally had a nice game, as his development is really the only important thing about this season for New York.
28. Chicago Bears (4-8) ⬇️ 3
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +100000
The Bears were forced to start Andy Dalton again in Week 13 and he threw four interceptions against Arizona. Justin Fields (ribs) should be back soon and Chicago desperately needs him to spark the offense, especially with a tough Sunday Night Football matchup looming in Green Bay.

27. Atlanta Falcons (5-7) ⬆️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: +1000
- Super Bowl Odds: +50000
The Falcons hung with the Buccaneers for a while in Week 13, but Atlanta’s offense fell apart in the second half. They failed to score in the final two quarters and Matt Ryan did not throw a single touchdown all game. The Falcons are facing a big rebuild in 2022.
26. New York Giants (4-8) ⬇️ 2
- Playoffs Odds: +2500
- Super Bowl Odds: +75000
After firing Jason Garrett as their offensive coordinator, the Giants have scored just 22 points over the last two weeks combined. Their offense still doesn’t work, which is why they’re moving down in our rankings after their Week 13 loss to the Dolphins.
25. Carolina Panthers (5-7) ⬆️ 2
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +50000
The Panthers fired offensive coordinator Joe Brady during their bye week as the offense has stalled since Sam Darnold was injured/benched. However, they move up in the power rankings only due to poor performances by other teams in Week 13.
24. Seattle Seahawks (4-8) ⬆️ 2
- Playoffs Odds: +1000
- Super Bowl Odds: +30000
Russell Wilson finally returned to form and the Seahawks got a win, but is it too late for them to make a run at the playoffs? Probably, but it was still nice to see Seattle get a much-needed win.
23. New Orleans Saints (5-7) ⬇️ 4
- Playoffs Odds: +350
- Super Bowl Odds: +20000
Taysom Hill got the start at quarterback for New Orleans in Week 13 and proceeded to throw four interceptions during Thursday Night Football. In fairness to him, he suffered a broken finger in the first half that hurt his accuracy.
The Saints are among the most injured teams in the NFL and it’s probably too late for them to make a playoff push with their current roster.
22. Denver Broncos (6-6) ⬇️ 4
- Playoffs Odds: +400
- Super Bowl Odds: +12500
Denver’s offense just can’t find any consistency and continues to be their Achilles’ heel. Against the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football, they scored nine points and their lone touchdown came during garbage time of a blowout loss.
21. Las Vegas Raiders (6-6) ⬇️ 6
- Playoffs Odds: +600
- Super Bowl Odds: +15000
The Raiders have fallen apart since their bye week, losing four of their last five games with their lone win coming in overtime against the Cowboys. Surprising losses to the Giants and Football Team have proven especially costly in what’s turned out to be a tight AFC West.
With the Chiefs up next in Week 14, Las Vegas is looking at falling below .500 for the first time this season.
20. Philadelphia Eagles (6-7) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: +140
- Super Bowl Odds: +10000
Gardner Minshew gave Philadelphia a big boost in the passing game with Jalen Hurts out due to injury. The Eagles are the No. 8 seed in the NFC after 14 weeks, but their soft schedule to finish the season might allow them to grab a playoff spot if they can string together a few wins.
19. Miami Dolphins (6-7) ⬆️ 4
- Playoffs Odds: +1000
- Super Bowl Odds: +25000
The red-hot Dolphins have won five straight games, largely thanks to a defense that has not surrendered more than 17 points in any game during that span. Their remaining schedule is fairly easy, so Miami still has a chance to get to nine wins and compete for a playoff berth despite their 1-7 start.

18. Minnesota Vikings (5-7) ⬇️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: +250
- Super Bowl Odds: +12500
While the Vikings fell short against the Lions on Sunday, it’s understandable given the personnel they were missing. Minnesota finished that game without the likes of Adam Thielen, Dalvin Cook, Eric Kendricks, and Patrick Peterson.
This is a playoff team when healthy, so don’t read too much into their Week 13 loss.
17. Pittsburgh Steelers (6-5-1) ⬆️ 4
- Playoffs Odds: +350
- Super Bowl Odds: +10000
The Steelers got a much-needed win against the Ravens in Pittsburgh, narrowly escaping with a 20-19 victory. Sitting at 6-5-1, the Steelers are right in the thick of things in the AFC playoff hunt and now face the compromised Vikings on Thursday Night Football. Things are falling into place for Pittsburgh to make one more run with Ben Roethlisberger.

NFL Week 14 Bet Pick: The Steelers should win their next two games, which would put them at 8-5-1. If they can get to 10-6-1, they’ll make the playoffs and are still in the running for the division. Take the Steelers at +350 to make the playoffs for our NFL bet of the day.
16. Washington Football Team (6-6) ⬆️ 4
- Playoffs Odds: +115
- Super Bowl Odds: +10000
On a short week, the Washington Football Team went on the road and got a win in Las Vegas. Their defense has allowed just 30 total points over the last two weeks combined and they are now the No. 6 seed in the NFC after winning four straight.
All five of their remaining games are within the division, so the NFC East still isn’t out of the equation for Washington.
15. Cleveland Browns (6-6) ⬆️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: +250
- Super Bowl Odds: +6000
The Browns were off in Week 13 and no team needed a bye week more than them. Baker Mayfield has been dealing with injuries all season long and really needed the week to get healthy.
Cleveland gets a rematch with Baltimore in Week 14 in a game that will likely decide their season. If the Browns lose and fall below .500, it’s going to be very difficult for them to reach the playoffs this year.
14. San Francisco 49ers (6-6) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: -230
- Super Bowl Odds: +5000
The 49ers saw their three-game winning streak end against the scuffling Seahawks in Week 13. Their offense really missed Deebo Samuel, who was out with a groin injury.
San Francisco is still in a good spot to make the playoffs in the NFC, but they need to get a win in Cincinnati against the Bengals to gain some momentum.
13. Buffalo Bills (7-5) ⬇️ 3
- Playoffs Odds: -1200
- Super Bowl Odds: +1000
Buffalo is now in real danger of not making the playoffs in the AFC. They are 1.5 games behind the Patriots in the AFC East and now face the Buccaneers on the road in a short week. Buffalo’s offense has just been too inconsistent in big games this season and it’s really starting to cost them.
12. Indianapolis Colts (7-6) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: -110
- Super Bowl Odds: +4000
Indy ran through Houston in Week 13, dominating from start to finish in a 31-0 blowout. The Colts are playing like one of the best teams in the NFL, but with games still remaining against the Patriots, Cardinals, and Raiders, they might have too many losses already to make the playoffs.
11. Cincinnati Bengals (7-5) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: -110
- Super Bowl Odds: +4000
After scoring 41 points against the Steelers in Week 12, the Bengals gave up 41 points to the Chargers in Week 13. Cincy will likely need to win three of its final five games in order to make the playoffs, but the road isn’t easy. At best, they’re a coinflip to reach the postseason.
10. Los Angeles Chargers (7-5) ⬆️ 3
- Playoffs Odds: -300
- Super Bowl Odds: +2500
The Chargers have to be the most consistently inconsistent team in the NFL. They have not won back-to-back games since early October, but they are 7-5 and poised to make the playoffs. With a relatively easy schedule the rest of the way, Los Angeles is a good bet to reach the postseason.
9. Tennessee Titans (8-4) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +2200
The Titans were off in Week 13 and they needed it. While A.J. Brown and Derrick Henry are still out for a few more weeks, Julio Jones returned to practice last week and will look to give their sagging offense a boost.
8. Baltimore Ravens (8-4) ⬇️ 2
- Playoffs Odds: -600
- Super Bowl Odds: +1500
The Ravens lost the No. 1 seed in the AFC after blowing a fourth-quarter lead in Pittsburgh. Worse, defensive anchor Marlon Humphrey tore his pectoral muscle and will miss the rest of the season.
Baltimore is still favored to win the AFC North, but has a tough remaining schedule and will likely need to win three of their last five games to lock up the division.
7. Los Angeles Rams (8-4) ⬆️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +1300
The Rams beat the Jaguars on Sunday to end their three-game losing streak, so you can’t make too many assessments from that game. Even so, it was nice to see Matthew Stafford bounce back and for Odell Beckham Jr. to continue to find his role in the offense.
Next up is a road divisional matchup against the Cardinals on Monday Night Football.
- Read our NFL Week 14 MNF Predictions & Best Bets.
6. Dallas Cowboys (8-4) ⬆️ 1
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +1200
The Cowboys’ offense still looks a bit clunky, but the defense made up for it in Week 13. They forced four turnovers and are getting back two pass rushers in Randy Gregory and Neville Gallimore this week.
Dallas has a big divisional matchup against Washington in Week 14 and could seal the NFC East with a win.
5. New England Patriots (9-4) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: -1200
- Super Bowl Odds: +800
The Patriots just went on the road and won a divisional game while throwing only three passes. They are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC and sport the NFL’s best defense. Everything seems to be lining up for a Patriots-Chiefs showdown in the playoffs.
4. Kansas City Chiefs (8-4) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: -1600
- Super Bowl Odds: +650
Kansas City’s offense still looks to be a bit off, but its defense is firing on all cylinders. Over the last five games, the Chiefs have allowed just 11.2 points per game. With five straight wins, the Chiefs are back to being AFC favorites on our NFL gameday odds.
3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-3) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +525
The Buccaneers have the highest-scoring offense in the NFL at 31.4 points per game. They still aren’t completely healthy, but they are finding ways to put up points and win games. Tampa Bay has now won three straight games and will host Buffalo on Sunday in Week 14.
2. Green Bay Packers (9-3) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +750
The Packers were on bye in Week 13, but they will take on the Chicago Bears in Week 14 on Sunday Night Football. Green Bay has a tough schedule remaining, but they are still in contention for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
Defense has been the story of the season for the Packers and they could be getting two Pro Bowl players back in the near future in Jaire Alexander and Z’Darius Smith. Look out, NFC.
1. Arizona Cardinals (10-2) ↔️
- Playoffs Odds: N/A
- Super Bowl Odds: +800
Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins returned in Week 13 and led the Cardinals to an easy road win over the Bears after missing more than a month. With the best record in the NFL, Arizona remains atop our power rankings.
