Existing BetMGM Casino users can win one of 1,003 cash prizes, ranging from $50 to $25,000, when they play eligible slot games between Wednesday, December 8 and Wednesday, December 15.
All you need to do is , opt in to the Holiday Grotto Sweepstakes promotion, and play any of the eligible slot games during the week-long promotional period. Players will earn one entry into the grand prize sweepstakes every time they wager a total of $25 across the eligible slot games in a single promotional day.
You can also earn an additional entry in the sweepstakes by mailing in an entry to the following address:

Mail-in entries must be sent in on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and contain the user’s name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, casino account user ID, and email address. They must be postmarked by Wednesday, December 15 and received no more than Friday, December 17.
The grand prize drawing will take place on Monday, December 20 and the 1,003 winners will be notified on Wednesday, December 22. All prizes will be awarded in cash and correspond to the table below.
