AJ Dillon Divisional Props 2022 | Prop Bets For 49ers vs Packers

Last Updated: Jan 22, 2022

After earning the No. 1 seed in the NFC this season, the Green Bay Packers will host the San Francisco 49ers in Saturday’s Divisional matchup.

While much of Green Bay’s success stemmed from their established veterans such as Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams, and Aaron Jones, they also received unexpected contributions from second-year running back AJ Dillon, who formed a dangerous 1-2 punch in the backfield with Jones.

Will Dillon be able to continue his breakout season in the playoffs? Let’s dig into some player props to target for him against San Francisco.

Please note that all NFL gameday odds are current as of 6 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 20.

AJ Dillon Divisional Prop Bets

OVER 40.5 Rushing Yards (-110) at BetMGM

Wager: 2 Units

I could go either way on a lot of the props in this game, but I feel really confident in this one, hence the 2 units.

Dillon surpassed Jones as Green Bay’s leading rusher during the second half of the season and finished the year as the team’s top rusher in terms of rushing yards and carries.

This prop seems way too low considering that Dillon averaged 57.2 rushing yards per game over his final 10 games, topping this number in every game but one during that stretch.

Assuming Dillon gets his usual complement of 10-15 carries, he should have no problem hitting the Over on our NFL bet of the day.

Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+120) at BetMGM

Wager: 1 Unit

With all the volume that Dillon’s been getting, there’s a good chance he finds the end zone at some point during this game.

After scoring just one touchdown through his first nine games of the season, Dillon hit paydirt six times over his final eight games. He also finished with more rushing touchdowns (five) than Jones (four) this year.

Given his overall workload and increased usage in the red zone, Dillon is just as likely as Jones to punch one in, if not more so. Look for him to get a few goal-line carries here as a result.
