The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (13-4) take on the Los Angeles Rams (12-5) in a heavyweight bout and rematch from Week 3. Tight end Rob Gronkowski is one of the top targets on the Bucs’ prolific passing offense.

Let’s dive in to find out which player props for Gronkowski stand out against the Rams this week.

All NFL gameday odds are current as of 9:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, January 20.

Rob Gronkowski Divisional Prop Bets

Rob Gronkowski Anytime Touchdown (+105) at BetMGM

Wager: 1 Unit

Rob Gronkowski scored six touchdowns in 12 games, which tied for sixth-most among tight ends. Gronk also had 12 red-zone targets this season. He’s got high touchdown equity in a pass-heavy offense.

The Los Angeles Rams have a stout run defense that ranked fifth in Rush DVOA. The Bucs passed at the highest rate in the league this year. This means that there’s a good chance that Tampa Bay could be forced to air it out at an even higher rate in this matchup, since it will be tough for them to maintain efficiency on the ground.

Rob Gronkowski OVER 63.5 Receiving Yards (-115) at BetMGM

Wager: 1.15 Units

Gronk is coming off a slow game in the Wild Card Round where he caught 5-of-6 targets for 31 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles, but that was because the Bucs were leading by multiple scores.

The Divisional Round game against the Los Angeles Rams projects to be close, so we can project Gronk to have a heavy role in the passing game.

Gronk has racked up 73 targets and 44 receptions in his last nine games, which averages out to 8.1 targets and 4.9 receptions per game. The veteran tight end put up 14.6 yards per reception this year.

If we project eight targets and five catches at 14 yards per reception for Gronk against the Rams, that would give him 70 yards, which is 6.5 yards Over this total.
