Buccaneers vs Rams Same Game Parlay Bets – NFL Game of the Day Week 3

Last Updated: Sep 24, 2021

NFL Week 3 always has some strong games to bet on, and the same is true this season. If you’re looking for one game in particular to bet on this week, look no further than the matchup we have here between the Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Both teams come into this game undefeated at 2-0 and are looking to send a message to the rest of the league that they’re the team to beat. It’s the game that everyone is going to look to this week to bet on, as both LA and Tampa Bay boast high-powered offensive teams, which is reflected in the NFL gameday odds.

One of the best formats in NFL betting is same-game parlays, where NFL bettors can take multiple bets from a game and parlay them into a single bet. This can include point totals, spreads, or NFL player Over/Under prop bets.

For example, you could choose to wager on the spread, the Over/Under for points, and for Tom Brady or Matthew Stafford to throw for a certain number of yards. You can also wager on the number of rushing yards Leonard Fournette or Darrell Henderson will tally, for example.

Buccaneers vs Rams Same Game Parlay Best Bet (+580) at Caesars

Best Bet: Buccaneers -1 (-115)

It’s hard to go against the Rams at home, but betting against Tom Brady is even harder. The Bucs have looked electric out of the gate and are coming off a 48-25 shellacking of the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2, while the Rams just squeaked by the Indianapolis Colts, 27-24.

Furthermore, the Rams defense hasn’t faced an offense with this many weapons yet, and because of that, I have a hard time seeing the Rams win this one, despite how efficient their offense is as well.

Best Bet: Over 55.5 Points (-110) at Caesars

Although both teams have above-average defenses, this matchup screams offense. Both Stafford and Brady have combined for 14 touchdown passes through two games, and I don’t expect that trend to stop here.

Both receiving groups are also loaded, as Chris Godwin, Rob Gronkowski and Mike Evans have been sensational thus far for Tampa, while Robert Woods, Tyler Higbee, and Cooper Kupp have for LA, the latter of which we’ll cover below.

To top that off, Fournette and Henderson have each been strong running the ball, (especially Henderson, who has 2 rushing touchdowns thus far). This has all the makings of a shootout.

Best Bet: Cooper Kupp Over 6.5 Receptions (-150) at Caesars

Stafford has fed Kupp a lot over these last 2 games. In week 1 against the Bears, Kupp finished with 108 yards on 7 catches, and in Week 2, he finished with 163 yards on 9 catches.

That’s made even better by Kupp averaging nearly 17 yards per reception during that time as well.

He’s been Stafford’s go-to guy, and I’m not sure the Bucs have anyone who can slow him down at this point. The Rams use him all over the field, whether that’s short routes, intermediate routes, or even on long balls.

Kupp will need to step up and be the top player on offense, and nothing I’ve seen thus far says that he won’t be. He always gets open, and Stafford will be looking for him as much as he can to make plays, making this our NFL bet of the day.

Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams

Cooper Kupp has quickly established himself as a reliable target for new quarterback Matthew Stafford, totaling 271 receiving yards through Week 2.

Best Bet: Chris Godwin Over 5.5 Receptions (-105)

With All-Pro Jalen Ramsey likely being locked with Mike Evans, that means Godwin won’t have to deal with him and should instead get Darious Williams.

Brady will then look to Godwin to make plays, as Ramsey has a knack for taking away the opposing team’s best target. With how Godwin has performed thus far and how he’ll have an easier matchup, taking the over with this one makes too much sense.
