What is ParlayPlay?

ParlayPlay is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) platform that focuses on player prop contests. Established in 2021, ParlayPlay offers a chance for users to compete against themselves rather than with highly-experienced sharks with large bankrolls like other DFS platforms.

How Does ParlayPlay Work?

These player props must be combined into a parlay of two, three, or four outcomes. Payouts vary (3x, 5x, 10x) based on the number of outcomes in the parlay. Users can select a variety of props based on traditional stats like points (NBA) or passing yards (NFL). There is an option to select “more” or “less” on fantasy points.

Hit It is a contest where players select two athletes from a sporting event, deciding on an assigned point range. For example, in an NBA contest, you might choose any of the following ranges for LeBron James’ points for that specific game: 0-21, 22-25, 26-29, 30-34, 35-39, and 40+.

Payouts range from 0.5x, 2x, or 6x, depending on how close your prediction is to the actual result. To get the maximum payout, users must have correctly chosen the ranges for both players. For 2x, you only need to get one of two right. If you picked 22-25 points for LeBron James, but he scored 26 points, you can still get half of your money back.

My ParlayPlay App Experience

I had a positive experience using the ParlayPlay mobile app. To download it, all I needed to do was access the mobile browser, where I was prompted to install the app, which is currently available on iOS devices. We can expect to see an app for Android users in the near future.

The app runs quickly with no issues with lagging, making it easy to put together my preferred parlay contests. The yellow and black interface along with player images provides a nice aesthetic. It’s also simple to find any section that you want, such as your preferred sport, current entries, and ParlayClub progress.

There is a “How to Play” feature right on the main page of the app, which is great for beginners who are learning how to navigate these player prop contests.

While the deposit options are limited to only Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, it was easy to find the deposit section.

Here is the other mode in which you can play ParlayPlay:

• Free2Play: This mode is available everywhere in the United States and Canada. There are no entries fees and the player pool consists of hundreds of players. For most contests, the top-50 players will win cash, ranging from $1-$36 depending on the total prize pool.

Please note that the maximum wager on each game is $50, but the limits are expected to increase in the foreseeable future.
