The Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams will renew their rivalry Sunday (4:25 p.m. ET) at SoFi Stadium.
Seattle kept pace atop the NFC West in Week 10, edging the Washington Commanders 29-26 on a last-second field goal. At 6-3, the Seahawks are tied for the division lead.
Los Angeles, meanwhile, is just 3-6 following last week’s 20-3 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Even in the crowded NFC, the Rams are quickly falling out of contention.
Read on as we break down the NFL Week 11 odds while giving our best bets for Seahawks-Rams.

Seahawks vs Rams Predictions
Score Pick: Seahawks 21, Rams 16
Los Angeles surprised Seattle 30-13 in Week 1. But since then, it’s been mostly downhill for the Rams, losers of six of their last eight.
Matthew Stafford is on track to return from a thumb injury. While he reportedly could grip and throw the ball during Monday’s practice, it remains to be seen if he’ll be hampered on game day.
Seattle, meanwhile, has begun to hit its stride. The Seahawks have won three of their last four except a 37-3 loss to Baltimore in Week 9. Geno Smith has thrown multiple touchdowns in each of those victories.
These teams are closely matched, but I feel better about the direction Seattle is trending.
Seahawks vs Rams Best Bets & Props
Seahawks -1 (-110)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 2 units
Los Angeles’ offense was woeful in Stafford’s absence, managing only a field goal with Brett Rypien at the controls in a loss to Green Bay. Still, I’m surprised this is only a pick ’em.
Even when Stafford was healthy, the Rams were starting to teeter. They’ve topped 20 points just once since Week 5.
It’s hard to have much trust in the Rams, given how wildly unproductive they’ve been. Thus, I’m taking Seattle as my NFL bet of the day.
Under 46 (-108)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 unit
The Rams have gone Under this total six times already, including in their first matchup with Seattle. While their offense is getting healthier, the Rams are still overly one-dimensional.
Notably, the Seahawks didn’t have Devon Witherspoon, their best playmaker in the secondary, for that matchup. Witherspoon should help neutralize Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.
Based on recent trends, I’m siding with the Under.
Seahawks -0.5 1H (+102)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 unit
The Seahawks have led at halftime in just three of their last six games. Still, this value — plus odds, no less — seems too good to pass up.
After a fairly optimistic start, the Rams have regressed offensively. Stafford, possibly showing his age, has had his lowest completion rate (59.7%) since 2013. He’s also been sacked 19 times.
Los Angeles seems due for more regression.

- Seahawks -3 (+120)
- Under 46 (-108)

If it wasn’t already abundantly clear, I love Seattle in this spot. So much that I feel comfortable juicing the Seahawks to -3. Seattle is 0-2 ATS over the last two weeks but 4-4-1 overall.
Look for the Seahawks to keep rolling while avenging their Week 1 loss.
