Ever since the Dallas Cowboys were embarrassed by the San Francisco 49ers on national television in Week 5, they’ve come out with a vengeance. Quarterback Dak Prescott has been looking like a legitimate MVP candidate lately.
The Cowboys just eviscerated the all-but-dead New York Giants and now have a matchup against the Carolina Panthers, the only one-win team remaining in the NFL.

Cowboys vs Panthers Predictions
Score Pick: Cowboys 34, Panthers 17
The Panthers are coming off a loss to the Chicago Bears, who were led by undrafted rookie quarterback Tyson Bagent, a former Division II player at Shepherd University. If the Panthers and No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young can’t defeat a Bears team led by Bagent, they stand no chance against this scorching-hot Cowboys squad.
The Cowboys’ offense ranks second in points per game (29.9) while that of the Panthers ranks 29th (17.0), which suggests this game could become a blowout.
Cowboys vs Panthers Best Bets & Props
Over 42.5 (-110)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 2 units
The total has been exceeded in each of the four games that the Cowboys have been favored by at least seven points this season, with Dallas averaging 34.5 points per game in them.
In two of those contests, the Cowboys have scored more than 42 points. Since Dallas makes a habit of beating up on bad teams, Week 11 should be no exception.
The Cowboys’ ability to eclipse this total on their own and the Panthers’ potential garbage-time opportunities make this my NFL bet of the day.
Cowboys Win Both Halves (+105)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 unit
Of the four games the Cowboys were favored by at least seven points, three of them have been wire-to-wire victories. The Panthers don’t have the firepower to hang around nor the defensive unit to contain the potent Dallas offense.
This is a story of two teams that are trending in completely different directions, which should lead to yet another wire-to-wire victory – likely in blowout fashion.
Any Team to Score 30+ Points (+115)
DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 units
As mentioned before, the Cowboys have been dominant in games where they’re favored by at least a touchdown, averaging 34.5 points in them. With that in mind, this bet is essentially solely on the visitors, considering that the Panthers have scored more than 20 points just three times this season.
The Cowboys scored 28 points in the first half against the Giants last week and 33 points in the first half against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 8. Additionally, they have scored at least 30 points in five of their nine games this season.

- Cowboys -10.5 (-112)
- Over 42.5 (-110)
Per Odds Shark, the total has been exceeded in each of the Cowboys’ past five games against NFC foes. Meanwhile, the Panthers are 0-5 in their last five games against NFC East opponents.
Whereas the Cowboys have the third-best point differential (104) in the NFL this season, the Panthers have the third-worst mark (-89).
Prescott has looked like a man on a mission in recent weeks, and he won’t be letting up against a lowly Panthers team.
