The Cincinnati Bengals will return from their bye week to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday, Nov. 20, at 4:25 p.m. ET.
The Steelers won their lone meeting with the Bengals this season in Week 1, sacking Joe Burrow seven times and generating five turnovers in a 23-20 overtime win. Cincinnati is 5-3 since that loss and looks like the much better team coming into this one.
Here are my Cincinnati vs Pittsburgh best bets and predictions for Week 11.
Bengals vs Steelers Odds
As of Monday, Nov. 14 at Caesars Sportsbook, the Bengals are listed as 5-point favorites, and the Over/Under is set at 41 total points. These both seem like fair numbers, especially since these AFC North matchups tend to be gritty, low-scoring affairs.

Bengals vs Steelers Implied Totals
Bengals 23, Steelers 18
The oddsmakers have the Bengals winning a tight, low-scoring game that is decided by less than a touchdown, despite the fact that Cincinnati ranks sixth in points per game.

Bengals vs Steelers Prediction
Bengals 21, Steelers 17
The Steelers look like a different team now that T.J. Watt is back on the field. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year racked up six solo tackles and three for a loss in Week 1 against Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh sorely missed his production when he was injured.
With that said, he can only do so much on his own, and the likely absence of safety Minkah Fitzpatrick — who secured a pick-six in Week 1 — could be tough for the Steelers to overcome against a Cincinnati attack that ranks fourth in passing touchdowns (18).
This is also a nightmare matchup for the Steelers offense, which ranks dead-last in the league in passing touchdowns (6). Cincinnati has allowed just nine this season — good for second in the NFL.
I don’t doubt that the Steelers will keep this one close. The game is in Pittsburgh, after all, and Kenny Pickett is improving. But asking them to sweep the Bengals is a rather tall request, which is why I ultimately have Cincinnati winning a close one this week.

Bengals vs Steelers Best Bets
Under 41 Points (-110) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
AFC North matchups — particularly in the winter — are generally hard-fought, defensive-minded games. That, combined with the fact that both of these teams’ records overwhelmingly favor the Under, compels me to take the Under at 41 points.
I would feel comfortable betting this number down to 39.5 points.

Steelers +5 (-110) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
With this game favoring the Under, it only makes sense to back the Steelers against the spread. It is expected to be bitter cold and a tad windy in Pittsburgh this Sunday, and the Steelers generally play better than their opponents at home in the elements.
I would back the Steelers ATS down to +4.
