In his first regular season with Baltimore, Zay Flowers posted quality numbers and filled a need for another impact wide receiver on the offense.

He ranked fourth among NFL rookies with 77 catches and was fifth with 858 receiving yards, and both marks were the most ever by Ravens rookie

The Ravens’ offense and Flowers now get a tough draw against Kansas City, which had the No. 4 ranked pass defense in the NFL during the regular season. When evaluating player props for Flowers, I am not aiming for high numbers even though he might perform respectably.

All Conference Championship odds used in these props are current as of Jan. 24, 2024.

Zay Flowers Prop Bet of the Day

Zay Flowers Receiving Yardage Prop Bet

Zay Flowers: Over 45.5 Receiving Yards

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

This is a challenging matchup for Flowers, reflected by Pro Football Focus’ WR/CB matchup grade against the Chiefs CBs of 37.7, which is considered “below average.” Still, this is a lower number for Flowers to clear, even if he just needs three receptions or so to get it done.

The rookie has totaled 40–plus receiving yards in six of his last eight games. He also has long receptions of 17-plus yards in six of his last eight, so Flowers can potentially get near to half of the projected total on just one catch.

Zay Flowers Receptions Prop Bet

Zay Flowers: Under 4.5 Receptions

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

Flowers does not supply consistent reception volume even though he is capable of some big plays. He has caught more than four passes once in his last four games, and in two of them, he was not targeted more than three times.

During the regular season, Kansas City ranked third-best in the AFC in receptions allowed to opposing wide receivers. The expected return of Mark Andrews this week also gives Lamar Jackson another alternative option to Flowers in the passing game.

The Chiefs held Stefon Diggs to three receptions last week and recently limited Ja’Marr Chase to three catches and Davante Adams to one.

The Kansas City secondary presents a formidable matchup for any team’s featured WRs, and Jackson has spread the ball around to eight different pass-catchers in his last three games.
