Separated by two games in the NFC West, this matchup is not only going to be vital for the division, but will answer a lot of questions for both the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams.
The first game between these teams, when Arizona won 37-20 over St. Louis, was really the start of us believing in the Cardinals. That game also cost me a massive parlay payout, but hey, forget and move on, right?
The Cardinals will clinch a playoff berth with a win in this one. There are other ways they can clinch even if they lose, but you can bet they’ll be looking to clinch on primetime television at home against a divisional opponent. A win also bolsters their chances of hanging on to the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
Today, let’s look at some props for this game.

Rams vs Cardinals Prop Bets: NFL Week 14 Prop Betting Picks
Winning Margin: Cardinals 1-6 (+310) at Caesars
As three-point favorites at home, this line falls right in the middle of this prop.
Thinking about it, the Cardinals have an electric offense with Kyler Murray under center, but the Rams, despite some struggles, also have the ability to throw the deep pass at any moment. Also, another thing to keep in mind here is that Sony Michel will likely be the primary ball carrier for the team.
This season, Michel has just 103 carries, 24 of them coming last week against the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars. This helps the Rams because Michel is fresh and is going up against the second-worst run defense in the league, per Pro Football Focus’s grading system.
The Rams should be able to keep it close, but the Cardinals will complete the sweep by a score or less.

First Half Touchdowns: Three (+225) at Caesars
Considering Murray had four by himself in last week’s game against the Bears, and the Rams also having an air raid attack that could strike at any minute, touchdowns shouldn’t be terribly hard to come by.
We already talked about Michel, who has an opportunity to find the end zone, and Murray, who has the ability to take it in himself. But there are some factors that could limit this to about three total touchdowns.
Both teams have a great pass rush and both also have coverage players that can create some problems. The Cardinals are performing well beyond what I expected, especially with safety Jalen Thompson and cornerback Byron Murphy.
Now the Rams, of course, have a guy by the name of Jalen Ramsey.
Predicting three on the nose is going to be a tough call, but we could very well see a combination of Matthew Stafford and Murray averaging one each, and Michel also taking those fresh legs into the end zone against a run defense that can’t stop anything.
Total Touchdowns: Over 5.5 (-120) at Caesars
Even with the extra juice at -120, this is a bet you need to make. With a game total of 51.5, this implies roughly seven touchdowns. This game doesn’t feel like many field goals will be scored, but rather two top-12 offenses going at it. The versatility of Murray could mean three touchdowns alone. From there, Stafford and Michel should be able to get the other three.
This game could very well go under that 51.5, given that this is a divisional matchup and these teams know each other well, but they should both be able to put the ball in the end zone.
Take the -120 line here. You could do a lot worse than needing Murray and Stafford to go Over this number for you.
