The Game Day breaks down two MKF contests daily that we feel have profit potential. With Thursday’s slate featuring plenty of big names, here’s a closer look at some opportunities involving some of the most offensively explosive players in action:

March 4 NBA DFS Picks

Los Angeles Clippers at Washington Wizards

MKF Contest: More or Less, Fantasy Points (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 2.5x your Buy-In)

MKF NBA Fantasy Points Scoring System:

  • Point= +1 point
  • Assist= +1.5 points
  • Rebound= +1.2 points
  • Steal= +3 points
  • Block= +3 points
  • Turnover= -1 point

Bradley Beal, SG, Washington Wizards: More Than 47.5 Fantasy Points

Beal has scored over 50 MKF points in four of the last six games, and he’s scored at least 48 MKF points in 14 of 31 games, hitting 47.5 on the nose in another contest as well. The veteran sharpshooter fell just short with 44.8 MKF points in his one prior meeting against the Clippers this season, but he comes in shooting a blistering 52.2 percent over the last 10 games, a span during which he’s putting up a well-rounded line of 33.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.5 steals. The Clippers are somewhat surprisingly ranked in the bottom half of the league with 46.8 percent shooting allowed and are also giving up the most rebounds per game (48.0), giving the versatile Beal multiple paths to exceeding this benchmark.

Paul George, SG, Los Angeles Clippers: More Than 40.5 Fantasy Points

George could well be taking the floor without Kawhi Leonard (back) in this game, and George boasts a 33.3 percent usage rate and averages 1.17 MKF points per minute without his teammate on the floor. The opposing Wizards also boost George’s prospects considerably, as Washington brings a serious bump in pace to the Clippers and are allowing elevated 47.5 percent shooting at home while giving up a whopping 121.8 points per home contest. The Wizards are also ranked in the bottom 10 in offensive efficiency (24.5 percent) surrendered to shooting guards, and George has eclipsed this fantasy-point benchmark in 14 of 27 games.

Bam Adebayo, PF, MIA: More Than 10.5 Points

Adebayo has scored 11 points or more in 31 of 33 games, and he’s averaging 19.3 points per contest on 56.3 percent shooting for the season. The Pelicans are also allowing 23.4 points per game to power forwards over the last seven, the sixth-highest shooting percentage (47.5 percent) overall and are ranked in the bottom half of the league in offensive efficiency (79.8 percent) allowed to frontcourt players.

Zion Williamson, PF, New Orleans Pelicans: More Than 13.5 Points

Williamson has scored at least 14 points in all but one of his 35 games, and he’s averaging 25.6 points on 69.5 percent shooting for the season. The Heat is allowing 23.1 points per game to power forwards over the last 15 games, and Williamson is averaging a robust 16.1 shot attempts per game, along with another 8.2 from the free-throw line.
