Suns vs Bucks Game 4 Parlay Bet Picks: 2021 NBA Finals Game 4 Parlay Betting Predictions

Last Updated: Jul 12, 2021

The Milwaukee Bucks defended their home court by dominating Game 3 of the 2021 NBA Finals against the Phoenix Suns. Now, Milwaukee and their passionate fans need to bring that same level of energy to even the series in Game 4. If the Suns bounce back and win, however, they’ll head back to Phoenix with a chance to close out the series at home in Game 5.

The NBA Finals will resume at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday, with coverage on ABC. Let’s take aim at a few parlays and picks for this critical Game 4.

Game Result - Bucks Win

Milwaukee’s fans showed up big time in Game 3 and were rewarded with the Bucks’ first home win in an NBA Finals game in 47 years. Partly thanks to their home crowd, Milwaukee has been dominant at the Fiserv Forum in the 2021 NBA Playoffs, going 8-1 there with six double-digit victories. The Suns have played well on the road this postseason, but I think the Bucks will have another decisive win at home to even the series.

Game Total - Over 220.5

Game 3 was the first matchup between these teams all season to not go over the point total, and it’s because Phoenix pulled their starters in the fourth quarter. The two sides still combined for 220 points, however, after scoring 223 in Game 1 and 226 in Game 2. Given how prolific both offenses have been in the series thus far, I’m taking the over in Game 4, especially if the Suns are able to play the Bucks a little tighter.

Game Result - Suns Win 1st Quarter

The Suns started Game 3 well, finishing the first quarter with a three-point lead. They also won the first quarter of Game 1 and have scored at least 26 points in all three first quarters thus far, so they’ve been coming out hot. I think Phoenix will do so again in Game 4, especially after making some adjustments and getting their starters extra rest towards the end of Game 3.

NBA Finals Game 4 Parlay Player Prop Picks

Both organizations play great team basketball and role players are vital to each club’s success, making the player prop bets more intriguing.

Total Parlay Odds: +360

Wager: $50 (win would pay $230)

Player Points - Jrue Holiday Over 19.5

After struggling with his shot in the first two games, Holiday finally found his rhythm in Game 3, netting 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-10 from beyond the arc. Holiday has been much more comfortable at home throughout the playoffs, scoring at least 21 points in each of his last five home games and sinking at least three three-pointers in four straight home games. With his combination of heavy minutes and shooting volume, Holiday should be able to rack up at least 20 points in Game 4.

Player Assists - Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 5.5

While Giannis has gone over 40 points in each of the last two games, he’s still been active in the passing game with 10 total assists, including six in Game 3. Giannis has had good success attacking and kicking out to Milwaukee’s shooters on the perimeter, especially when Phoenix blocks his driving lanes to the rim. He’s averaging 5.1 assists per game during the postseason, and I think the Suns will do more to force the ball out of his hands in Game 4, resulting in more assists as they try to limit his scoring opportunities.

Player Rebounds - Jae Crowder 6+

Crowder has been quietly excellent throughout the postseason, providing key contributions to the Suns’ finals run with his rebounding and long-range shooting. After logging at least 32 minutes in each of the last three games, he should be on the floor plenty again in Game 4, which should produce another strong rebounding total. With 25 boards over the first three games, including at least six in every contest, Crowder is a strong bet to grab at least six rebounds again in Game 4.

Double Double - Deandre Ayton

Ayton has been a double-double machine in these playoffs, registering 13 in 19 games thus far and finishing just one rebound shy of three more. Ayton already has a pair of double-doubles in this series, and would have had another in Game 3 had he not been pulled after a postseason-low 24 minutes. He’s been a force down low all playoffs and it’s clear that Milwaukee doesn’t have an answer for him, making another double-double a safe bet as long as this game stays competitive.

Suns vs Bucks Game 4 Parlay Longshot

What’s an NBA Playoffs parlay article without a longshot parlay? Something that looks good on paper and would look even better to cash out, although the level of risk is clearly really high. Still, it’s worth sprinkling a little on this parlay since the screenshots you send your friends will be more than worth it!

Total Parlay Odds: +2500

Wager: $10 (win would pay $260)

Overtime Played - Yes

In case you’ve ever wanted to get more value out of your overtime prop, I will show you how with this longshot parlay. Essentially, we just need this game to go to overtime. If it does, it would be tough for these three other props to not hit. After the two regular-season matchups between these teams resulted in one-point games, including one overtime matchup, we know they’re capable of playing close.

Game Total - Over 220.5

We discussed this prop above in our game parlay, which will likely hit in regulation. If this game goes to extra time, it would be nearly impossible for the over not to hit.

Player Points - Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 34.5

Giannis may not even need overtime to hit the over here after eclipsing 40 points in each of the last two games. The two-time MVP is getting into the paint with ease, and his free-throw shooting has improved in each game. He’s already attempted a whopping 47 free throws in this series, which has helped boost his scoring numbers considerably.

Player Points - Chris Paul Over 21.5

Paul has been phenomenal in his first career NBA Finals and throughout the postseason, averaging 24.7 points per game over his last 11 contests while shooting 52.0 percent from the floor and 47.9 percent from downtown. Paul’s shooting stroke is dialed in from everywhere on the court right now, and he hasn’t been afraid to look for his shot when it’s there. Similar to Giannis, Paul will likely reach his scoring line well before the game goes to overtime.
