Week 5 of the CFB season was a slog, and we missed all three of our parlay card selections.
Upsets were the theme for the week, and we were on the wrong side of all of them, except for Buffalo defeating Akron.
There are three parlay options for you to consider for Week 6. Each card is staked differently based on the odds available and the likelihood of the parlay hitting.
Best CFB Parlay This Week
We missed all three legs of our Week 5 Best CFB Parlay as both favorites lost.
Saturday’s Best CFB Parlay will feature a three-leg moneyline parlay that pays 2-1 – or (+200). Hopefully, these three selections allow us to visit the cashier instead of the trash bin.

No. 15 Oregon State brings a stout rushing defense against a Cal side piling up offensive yards and points against some weaker defenses. The Beavers defeated Utah last Friday, and the additional prep day gives OSU an edge.
Boise State returns home after a two-game road trip and a tough loss to Memphis. Meanwhile, San Jose State has dropped seven straight Mountain West Conference contests and just allowed 45 points at home to Air Force. It’s a good spot for the Broncos Saturday night.
Money has been pouring in on the Aggies, so we got decent odds on this card. Texas A&M QB Conner Weigman is out, which is less than ideal against the 17th-best Crimson Tide scoring defense.
Alabama has looked better on offense and will do just enough to outscore a stout Aggies defense.
CFB Week 6 Long Shot Parlay Bet
We missed our Week 5 Long Shot parlay when East Carolina couldn’t deliver in the red zone.
This week brings several upset possibilities, and we’ll risk 0.25 units (or $25) on this CFB Week 5 Long Shot Parlay Bet.

This will be a test, but it pays nearly 10-1 if it hits. I don’t like laying points on a parlay card, especially when a side is 1-4 ATS, but Florida is coming off an ugly away loss, and Vanderbilt is 0-2 ATS as the road side and hasn’t faced a defense this good.
No. 3 Texas hosts No. 12 Oklahoma in the annual Red River Rivalry. Oklahoma has stepped up its defense, but it hasn’t faced a top-70 FBS offense, and Texas will cover the -6.5.
Utah State is a home underdog that shouldn’t be. Colorado State ranks No. 123 in total defense, giving Utah State and its high-scoring offense all it needs to win this game.
No. 10 Notre Dame won a nail-biter last week and now visits No. 25 Louisville. The Fighting Irish are No. 14 in total defense and are 13-0 over their past 13 away contests against ACC opponents.
CFB Same Game Parlay Pick
We missed all three legs of our SGP as Texas blasted Kansas, and the card was an utter disaster. We’ll use the Texas vs. Oklahoma game for our SGP selection and hope for a big game from Quinn Ewers, a potential frontrunner in the latest Heisman Trophy odds.

Texas is 3-2 ATS, but it should cover the spread against No. 12 Oklahoma.
Longhorns QB Quinn Ewers will be the main Longhorns weapon, and his passing prop is too low.
He’s thrown for over 300 yards against both top-25 teams he’s faced, and he’ll have a big day against a Sooners passing defense allowing 212 passing yards.
Both teams play good defense, and the Under is 3-2 over their past five meetings.
