Murray State should send a thank you card to Saint Peter’s for eliminating Kentucky before this matchup. This is their best chance to secure their first Sweet 16 appearance in program history.
Murray State will control this game from the start and put this game away in fashion in the second half. The Racers struggled to shoot the ball in the first half against San Francisco and only trailed by one at the half.
Hopefully, Racers guard Carter Collins can play after being ruled out early in the first round game with an ankle injury. Murray State is too deep and can beat you many different ways, and will be a legitimate threat to make a run in this year’s March classic.
