March 26 NBA DFS Picks: Choose Nikola Jokic & Luka Doncic For Fantasy Points

Last Updated: Mar 26, 2021

March 26 NBA DFS Picks on Monkey Knife Fight: Monkey Knife Fight (MKF) combines elements of daily fantasy sports and traditional prop betting to offer a unique array of contests daily for a multitude of sports, including 3/26/21 NBA DFS Plays.

With NBA season in full swing, MKF enhances the enjoyment of the hardwood with exciting opportunities each night to win cash based on your knowledge of some of the league’s top players.

The Game Day breaks down two MKF contests daily that we feel have profit potential. With Friday’s slate featuring plenty of big names, here’s a closer look at some opportunities involving some of the most offensively explosive players in action:

March 26 NBA DFS Picks

Star Shootout- Early Games

MKF Contest: More Or Less (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 2.5x your Buy-In)

Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets (at New Orleans Pelicans): More Than 7.5 Assists

The Pelicans are allowing an NBA-high 27.2 assist per home game, along with the eighth-highest shooting percentage (47.2) overall. Jokic has collected at least eight assists in nine of the last 13 games, and he’s accomplished the feat in 26 of 44 games overall. The big man just dished out 10 against the Pelicans last Sunday as well, and considering this game already carries a projected total of just under 230 points as of early Friday, I like Jokic’s chances of seeing at least eight of his passes directly lead to buckets.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, PF, Milwaukee Bucks (vs. Boston Celtics): More Than 11.5 Rebounds

Antetokounmpo was rather quiet in his return from a one-game absence Wednesday against these same Celtics, and he posted a modest (for his standards) eight rebounds across 33 minutes. However, Giannis averaging 11.6 per game for the season, and he’s pulled down at least 12 boards in just under half (20) of his 41 games overall. The Celtics have been more generous in surrendering rebounds on the road as well, allowing 52.1 per contest when traveling and tying with the Rockets for second-most surrendered (57.7) over the last three games. Also consider Milwaukee allows the third-lowest shooting percentage (44.6) of any team on its home floor, which should set up Antetokounmpo with some extra opportunities on the defensive glass.

Indiana Pacers at Dallas Mavericks

MKF Contest: More or Less, Fantasy Points (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 2.5x your Buy-In)

MKF NBA Fantasy Points Scoring System:

  • Point= +1 point
  • Assist= +1.5 points
  • Rebound= +1.2 points
  • Steal= +3 points
  • Block= +3 points
  • Turnover= -1 point

Luka Doncic, PG, Dallas Mavericks: More Than 53.5 Fantasy Points

The Pacers are allowing the fifth-most MKF points to point guards over the last 15 games, and they rank in the bottom half of the league in offensive efficiency (26.8 percent) and three-point shooting percentage (38.3) surrendered to the position as well. Then, consider Indiana ranks in the bottom 10 in rebounds (53.7) and assists (26.0) allowed per game, two areas where Doncic could really supplement his fantasy production. Considering he’s exceeded this benchmark in 17 games already, is averaging higher numbers in points, rebounds, assists, steals and three-point shooting at home, I’m in the camp of More for Doncic on Friday.

Domantas Sabonis, PF, Indiana Pacers: Less Than 42.5 Fantasy Points

Sabonis faces a Mavericks squad that’s been tough against power forwards all season, allowing the fourth-fewest MKF points per game (41.3) to the position on the season, including the least (36.0) over the last 15 contests. Sabonis put up 42.0 MKF points against Dallas in his first game against the Mavs this season, but that was a game Myles Turner missed. The big man has fallen under the mark in 18 games overall this season, and the Mavs also have the ability to cut off some paths to fantasy production due to the fact they’re ranked in the top 10 in defense against assists (22.9) and steals (7.3) while also surrendering the fewest blocks per game (3.6). While Sabonis is certainly capable of a productive night, I envision him at least narrowly falling below 42.5, with his four-inch height disadvantage against Kristaps Porzingis playing a role.
