With NBA season in full swing, MKF enhances the enjoyment of the hardwood with exciting opportunities each night to win cash based on your knowledge of some of the league’s top players.

The Game Day breaks down two MKF contests daily that we feel have profit potential. With Wednesday’s slate featuring plenty of big names, here’s a closer look at some opportunities involving some of the most offensively explosive players in action:

March 24 NBA DFS Picks

Cleveland Cavaliers at Chicago Bulls

MKF Contest: More or Less, Fantasy Points (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 3x your Buy-In)

MKF NBA Fantasy Points Scoring System:

  • Point= +1 point
  • Assist= +1.5 points
  • Rebound= +1.2 points
  • Steal= +3 points
  • Block= +3 points
  • Turnover= -1 point

Zach LaVine, SG, Chicago Bulls: More Than 40.5 Fantasy Points

LaVine fell just short of this benchmark against the Jazz in his last game, putting up 38.4 MKF points in a game during which he shot just 10-for-25 from the field. That was an atypically poor shooting effort for LaVine, who’s putting up career bests in overall shooting percentage (52.3 percent) and three-point shooting percentage (43.7 percent). LaVine has also eclipsed 40.5 MKF points in 24 of 42 games, coming within two-tenths of an MKF point of accomplishing it on a 25th occasion. Cleveland offers a highly appealing matchup that could allow LaVine to right the ship, as the Cavs surrender the third-highest offensive efficiency (25.4 percent) to two-guards, along with Eastern Conference-high 39.0 percent three-point shooting.

Jarrett Allen, C, Cleveland Cavaliers: More Than 34.5 Fantasy Points

Allen has the talent to take advantage of a team as vulnerable to frontcourts as the Bulls, which have allowed the fourth-highest offensive efficiency (34.6 percent) to centers, along with the third-most MKF points per game (57.2) to the position. Allen also should benefit from the fact that his own team sports the second-lowest road shooting percentage (42.7) in the league, which projects to keep him busy on the offensive glass. Finally, consider the young big has eclipsed 34.5 MKF points on 14 occasions already and is facing a Chicago squad giving up the fourth-highest shooting percentage (47.7) of any team on its home floor.

Star Shootout, Late Games

MKF Contest: More or Less (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 2.5x your Buy-InD)

De’Aaron Fox, PG, Sacramento Kings (vs. Atlanta Hawks): Less Than 26.5 Points

Fox is facing a Hawks team that has been considerably improved of late and that ranks in the top 10 in defensive efficiency while allowing just 42.3 percent shooting to point guards specifically. Atlanta is also giving up 24.1 points per game to PGs over the last 15, and Fox is averaging 23.8 points per contest, well below this benchmark. Fox has also fallen short of 27 points in 26 of 42 games, and even though he did put up 32 against Atlanta on March 13, that came on the road, where the fourth-year guard actually averages just under four more points per game (25.7) than at home (21.8).

Clint Capela, C, Atlanta Hawks (at Sacramento Kings): More Than 12.5 Rebounds

Capela faces a Kings team that’s ranked in the bottom half of the league with 52.0 rebounds surrendered per game, and that’s allowed the most boards per contest (16.9) to centers for the season, including 19.3 per outing over the last seven. Capela is averaging a career-high 14.2 rebounds, just put up 14 on this same Kings squad on March 13, and has hauled in at least 13 rebounds in 24 of 37 games, with 14 of those occasions coming on the road.
