NFL DFS Best Picks Week 15 | Underdog Daily Fantasy Props To Play

Last Updated: Jul 14, 2023

With injuries and the COVID list piling up, Week 15 could create headaches for season-long fantasy football leagues.

This gives you another reason to play NFL Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) this week. If you’re looking for a way to combine the fun of betting and fantasy football, Underdog Fantasy may be the perfect site for you.

Unlike the typical salary cap lineup construction format that most DFS sites follow, Underdog has users build their own parlays by selecting Over or Under on up to five specific player props instead. The more props you select, the higher the multiplier on the entry fee.

Another unique game on Underdog is called “Rivals," where users can pick who between two players will total more of a specific stat. These Rivals picks can be added to the same fantasy parlay as the typical picks.

Now that you understand how Underdog Fantasy works, let’s get into the DFS football predictions series for Week 15!

Prop stats information for NFL DFS Week 15 picks are current as of Friday, December 17, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

NFL DFS Week 15: Underdog Daily Fantasy Sports

Users can parlay up to five NFL fantasy picks together to win 20 times your entry fee.

Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts vs New England Patriots

OVER 0.5 Interceptions

The Colts have a tough matchup against the Patriots on Saturday. New England’s defensive philosophy is to take away the opponent’s strength, which in this case is Indy’s rushing attack.

That means the Colts will likely need to rely more on the arm of Carson Wentz.

While Wentz has protected the ball well this season, the Patriots force 1.5 interceptions per game — tied for most in the NFL. Wentz will likely panic and make at least one bad decision in this game, and New England is known for capitalizing on bad decisions.

Diontae Johnson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers vs Tennessee Titans

OVER 82.5 Receiving Yards

No team in the NFL surrenders more receiving yards to wide receivers than the Titans, who give up 197.6 per game. The top wideout for Pittsburgh is clearly Diontae Johnson, who’s tallied 990 receiving yards on 130 targets this season.

Johnson has also notched at least 83 receiving yards in four of his past five games. Look for that trend to continue in our NFL bet of the day.

Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Pittsburgh Steelers vs Tennessee Titans

OVER 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

It was recently confirmed that this is the final run for Ben Roethlisberger. With his team in must-win mode, look for him to leave it all on the field over the next few games.

The veteran signal-caller is coming off an impressive performance against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football. With a few extra days off to rest and heal, look for Big Ben to have another strong game at home and keep the Steelers alive in the playoff hunt.

Roethlisberger has thrown multiple touchdowns in four of his last five games, including three last week. Given Tennessee’s struggles in the secondary, he should be able to take advantage of this matchup.

Pittsburgh’s running game has also struggled due to their offensive line woes, averaging just 3.7 yards per carry (tied for third-worst in the NFL). When the Steelers get near the end zone, they need Roethlisberger to pass for them to have any kind of success.

D’Onta Foreman, RB, Tennessee Titans @ Pittsburgh Steelers

OVER 58.5 Rushing Yards

The Titans face the Steelers and their struggling run defense this week. Pittsburgh allows 5.0 yards per rushing attempt, which is the worst in the NFL. They’ve been even worse lately, surrendering 5.5 yards per carry over their last three games.

With Derrick Henry out, D’Onta Foreman has operated as Tennessee’s primary ball carrier. He has 11 or more carries in three of his past four games, which means he should receive enough volume to take advantage of this juicy matchup.
