As we do on most Wednesdays, we have a full slate of action around the NBA this evening. I’m seeing a lot of value across the board, but let’s see if we can hone in on some of the best bets out there.
The Knicks are in a nice home spot against Giannis Antetekounmpo and the defending champ Bucks on the second game of a back-to-back.
The resurgent Bulls have a solid home matchup against Luka Doncic and a streaking Mavericks squad. I also like a strong Heat roster on the road, as they take on a middling LeBron James-less Lakers team.
Let’s dive in and see what’s happening in each of these matchups.

NBA Bets of the Day 11/10/21
Milwaukee Bucks @ New York Knicks, 7:30 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Knicks -3.5 (-110) at WynnBET
Despite a big win over the Sixers on the road last night, the Bucks (5-6) come into this game having lost five of their last seven games, including one to the Knicks. Giannis Antetekounmpo is still doing Giannis-like things this season, but the Bucks haven’t shown enough consistency and are likely feeling the effects of a tough-fought win last night.
The Knicks (7-4) have come back to Earth a bit after a strong start to the season, but Tom Thibodeau and Julius Randle have turned the fortunes of this franchise around. Randle is currently leading the team with 22.5 points per game, but the rest of the roster has been extremely solid with five players averaging over 10 points a game.
While Milwaukee has a better overall roster, I like the Knicks to cover at home against a tired Bucks squad tonight.
Dallas Mavericks @ Chicago Bulls, 8:00 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Bulls -3.5 (-110) at WynnBET
Similar to the Knicks, the Bulls (7-3) have come back to Earth a bit after a strong start to the season, losing two of their last three games. But they’re also coming off a dismantling of the Nets, and have been led by DeMar DeRozan, who is currently shooting over 50 percent from the floor and averaging 26.9 points per game.
After an up-and-down start to the season, the Mavericks (7-3) come into this game on a three-game winning streak. Luka Doncic has looked like the MVP candidate that he is and is currently averaging 24.9 points and 6.7 assists per game.
I feel a little less confident on this one because of the way the Mavericks have been playing, but the Bulls are looking too good to pass up at home.
Miami Heat @ Los Angeles Lakers, 10:00 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Heat -4 (-110) at Caesars
The Heat (7-3) have also lost two of their last three games after starting the season on fire, but will have something to prove after the Markieff Morris-Nikola Jokic scuffle on Monday night. Still, Miami has has looked like the class of the Eastern Conference thus far, led by Jimmy Butler who is currently averaging 25.3 points per game on 53 percent shooting from the field.
The Lakers (6-5) have looked marginally better as of late, but they’ve still lost two of their last three games (sensing a theme in this article?) and haven’t looked like a cohesive roster thus far. Anthony Davis is leading the team with 23.9 points per game on 50.2 percent shooting from the field as they continue to deal with the absence of LeBron James.
While the Lakers are at home tonight, they’ve yet to show any consistency, and I like the Heat to win this one outright.
