The Los Angeles Rams (7-2) take on the struggling San Francisco 49ers (3-5) in an NFC West divisional matchup in Week 10.

Both teams are coming off disappointing results in Week 9. The Rams lost at home to the Tennessee Titans that were without star running back Derrick Henry. The 49ers dropped a winnable game at home against a Cardinals team without both Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins.

The 49ers are in a must-win situation here, currently on the brink of falling out of playoff contention. They’ll need to get their running game going against one of the best teams in football.

The good news is that George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk looked good last week, so it will be all hands on deck for San Francisco in this tough matchup.

Let’s dive in to find the best Rams vs. 49ers prop bets.

Rams vs. 49ers Prop Bets: NFL Week 10 Prop Betting Picks

Team Total: Los Angeles Rams Over 26.5 Points (-120) at Caesars

The Rams’ offense has been among the best in the NFL, despite being slowed down by a stout Titans’ defense last week. Matthew Stafford is averaging 307.9 passing yards per game and 8.6 yards per attempt. This is a prolific passing game.

The Rams have eclipsed 25 points in seven of nine games this season. While San Francisco is only giving up 218.9 passing yards per game and 7.12 yards per attempt, they haven’t faced a passing game as good as this one yet.

Look for the Rams to bounce back after a poor performance against the Titans.

Team Total: San Francisco 49ers Under 22.5 Points (+100) at Caesars

The 49ers’ offense is among the most run-heavy in the NFL, running the ball on 47 percent of their plays in neutral game scripts (tied or within a touchdown). This makes it difficult for them to eclipse this total, especially against Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey, and company.

San Francisco has failed to surpass this total in five of their eight games this season. While it’s a good sign that George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk have gotten back on track, it’s hard to trust this team to score more than 22 points against the Rams.

Look for San Francisco to stay Under the number in this one.

Alternate Spread: Rams -5.5 (+110) at Caesars

Despite their ugly loss at home to Tennessee, I still consider the Rams to be one of the Super Bowl favorites this season. The 49ers have been one of the most disappointing teams in football, and it’s becoming clear that this looks like a rebuilding year. Trey Lance’s time is coming soon.

Los Angeles’ average winning margin has been by 13.4 points, including four double-digit wins and six wins by six or more points. So if the Rams win, as I expect, they should be able to cover this point spread.

Bet on the Rams to bounce back after a down week against the Titans. This 49ers team is nowhere close to what we thought they were coming into the season.
