While there are just three games being played in the NHL on Friday night, there is a ton of value to be had on your parlays. It is unusual for me to spot so much value on a shortened slate of games, but I’m definitely not complaining. Here are three of my favorite NHL parlay pieces that you should be adding to your bets.

New Jersey Devils Moneyline (-130) at BetMGM
Wager: 0.5 units
The Devils will take on the Chicago Blackhawks at home in their first game of the 2021-2022 NHL season. The Devils are a fairly mediocre team, but they are coming into this game with fresher legs than Chicago and more chemistry offensively. They have some surprise potential this season, though, despiteseveral seasons as a bottom-feeder in the NHL.
The Blackhawks are without two defensemen for this game and goalie Marc-Andre Fleury will have his hands full as a result. The Vezina Trophy-winning Fleury is one of the best goalies in the sport, but even he might not be equipped to stop the Devils from pouring through the holes of the Blackhawks lack of defensive chops.
Back the fresher-legged Devils at home.
Vancouver Canucks/Philadelphia Flyers Over 6 Goals (-120) at BetMGM
Wager: 0.5 units
The Canucks are well-known in the NHL betting community for being a great OVER team. The Flyers are capable of helping that along as well with their offensive prowess and lack of a strong goalie.
I expect this to be a very high-scoring game overall, despite the Canucks ending up on the short end of a 3-2 final against Edmonton in their first game. The line is already moving across all sportsbooks from 6 to 6.5, so I would recommend jumping on this as soon as possible.
Minnesota Wild Moneyline (-160) at BetMGM
Wager: 0.5 units
The Anaheim Ducks won their first game in the convincing fashion over the Winnipeg Jets, but it came as a surprise to many just how good they looked offensively. This was thoroughly unexpected, and I believe the Wild moneyline is an overreaction to the Ducks’ first outing.
The Wild are a far better team than Anaheim is and even though the Wild will be on the road, I’m backing them without thinking twice. At -160, this is a perfect parlay selection.
