Byron Buxton To Hit A Home Run (+360)
When healthy, Byron Buxton is one of the most electric players in all of baseball.
His bat is getting hot right now, as he homered in yesterday’s contest against the Yankees. Today, the Twins will play the Indians in a double-header at home.
Buxton’s stats against Game 2 starter, Logan Allen, are ABSURD. He’s 4-for-5 with two home runs, a double and an insane 2.200 slugging percentage against Allen in his career.
With odds as low as his are to homer in a seven-inning game, the books are almost telling you he’s going yard.
Houston Astros at Texas Rangers (8:05 p.m. ET first pitch)
José Altuve To Hit A Home Run (+340)
José Altuve comes into this game 4-for-11 against Rangers starter Jordan Lyles with two home runs.
He’s a much better hitter than Lyles is a pitcher and Altuve is also having himself quite a September. So far through the month he’s hitting .325 with six doubles, two home runs, and a 1.051 OPS.
I’m expecting him to stay hot tonight with a dinger at +340.
