On Super Wild-Card Weekend, we saw two games that I felt would be close early, but the better team would ultimately pull away. In both the Buccaneers’ win over the Football Team and the Saints’ win over the Bears, that narrative held true. Those games we close. They looked like they could go either way. However, when it was all said and done, the teams with the better offenses overcame their defensively-strong goes.
I see this Rams-Packers matchup having a similar outcome.

Ravens-Bills Over 50 (-110)
Two of the hottest teams in football meet in Orchard Park on Saturday. The Bills average 31.3 PPG and the Ravens aren’t far behind at 29.3. If I’m purely playing a game of averages here, this total is about 10 points too low. I’m predicting a 30-27 final score, and a seemingly easy over here.

Browns-Chiefs Over 57 (-115)
57 points is a massive total, but the Browns and Chiefs are two teams that bring scoring upside and the firepower to get there. While the Chiefs scored the sixth-most points per game (29.6) this season, the Browns are scoring at a 25.5 PPG rate, good for 14th best in the league.
Although the Cleveland offense had a roller-coaster of a season, they found their way down the stretch. In three of their past six games, including last week’s win at the Steelers, the Browns scored 41+ points. Yes, I said it. Dropping 40-burgers like they are the Chiefs or Packers or something. This, from a team that is run-dominant.

Saints -3 (-115)
The narrative that it’s tough to beat a team three times in a single season is one of the greatest myths in the NFL. The reality is, since 1998, there have been 10 instances where teams met in the playoffs after a regular-season series sweep. The 2-0 teams won the third meeting in seven of those 10 contests, including each of the last three.
Surprisingly, the Saints are the last team to do so, in 2017, when they defeated the Carolina Panthers three times.
