NHL Bets of the Day: Best Hockey Picks Today 6/10/21

Max Pacioretty, Vegas Golden Knights vs. Colorado Avalanche

Anytime Goal Score (+140)

The Vegas Golden Knights face the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday night as the series shifts back to Vegas for Game 6. Golden Knights winger Max Pacioretty has been on a roll with six points in six games this postseason, including three goals (all game-winners) and three assists.

Pacioretty should get several scoring chances again in tonight’s potential series clincher. He’s been averaging 3.5 shots per game during the postseason and could be even more aggressive in Game 6. With so many shot attempts for him to potentially capitalize on, I’m taking the anytime goal here even at this low level of plus-money.

Vegas Golden Knights To Win Game 6 (-135)

The number here has tilted more and more to Vegas as the series has gone along. They’ve simply been the better team, especially at even strength. Even when the Golden Knights were down 2-0 in Game 5, there was a feeling that they would come back, and sure enough they won in overtime.

After winning the last three games, Vegas will be extra motivated to close out this series on its home ice. Expect a close matchup again, as that has been the theme of this series. In the end, our pick is for Vegas to take Game 6 and move on to the Stanley Cup Semifinals versus the Montreal Canadiens.
