No-Run First Inning: Cardinals @ Brewers (-175)
No-Run First Inning (NRFI) May 13: Cardinals @ Brewers
Bet $20, Payout $31
It’s a battle of NL Central aces today in Milwaukee, as Jack Flaherty and Corbin Burnes take the bump for their respective teams. While the value for this NRFI isn’t great (-175), it’s that payout for a reason. The Brewers have a hard time scoring in the first inning and will run into some trouble against Flaherty. On the other side of things, Burnes has some of the nastiest stuff in all of baseball. While this St. Louis lineup has some meaty bats in it, I expect Burnes to get lots of swings and misses throughout the afternoon — especially in the first frame.
