Miami Marlins at Milwaukee Brewers, 7:40 p.m. ET first pitch

RHP Corbin Burnes vs. LHP Trevor Rogers

You could make an argument that Milwaukee’s starter, Corbin Burnes (2-1, 0.37 ERA) may very well be the hottest pitcher in baseball right now. He’s the only pitcher in history to start a year striking out 40 batters without allowing a walk. Pair that with a slow-starting Marlins lineup (28th in first inning scoring), and one-half of the NRFI is just about guaranteed.
Miami’s starter, Trevor Rogers (2-1, 1.64 ERA) is no slouch, either. He holds one of the top K/9 ratios in baseball (12.7 K/9) and should have no problems facing a Brewers lineup that’s missing star players Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain.
