The slugger owns a .333 average in 15 career plate appearances against White Sox starter Dallas Keuchel and has historically raked against the left-hander’s two favorite pitches, the sinker and cutter. Rendon is also an excellent contact hitter overall and posted a mammoth .427 on-base percentage at home last season, making this wager worthy of a flyer.

The Rockies also struck out against righties at a 24.2 percent clip last season, and Bauer has a well-established track record of hanging in games long enough to have a strong chance of exceeding this benchmark – he worked at least six innings in all but one start last season and 24 of 34 in 2019.
