For Wednesday, Mike Barner has your NBA Betting Picks of the Day for 6/2/21 and June 2 NBA Player Prop Bets. All odds were obtained from PointsBet. A 1-2 night with my player prop picks Monday dropped my season record to 87-80 (-7.91 units). I’ll look to bounce back Wednesday with the following three wagers to consider.

NBA Betting Picks of the Day - Best Basketball Props Today 6/2/21

Trae Young, Atlanta Hawks at New York Knicks

Over 35.5 Points + Assists (-115)

Wager: 1 unit (win would pay 1.87 units) The Hawks have an opportunity to close out the Knicks, but they’ll have to do it on the road. Young thrived during the first two games at Madison Square Garden, finishing with at least 37 combined points and assists in both games. He’s hit the over on this combined line in three of the four games in this series and the one time he missed wasn’t by much since he had 35 combined points and assists in Game 3. With how often Young shoots and has the ball in his hands, the over could turn out to be a profitable wager.

Jordan Clarkson, Utah Jazz vs. Memphis Grizzlies

Over 14.5 Points (-125)

Wager: 1 unit (win would pay 1.8 units) Clarkson had his best game of this series in Game 4, scoring 24 points across 21 minutes. Never one to shy away from taking shots, he jacked up 18 attempts despite his limited playing time. He’s scored at least 15 points in three straight games after scoring 14 points in Game 1. Clarkson’s the driving force behind the Jazz’s second unit, which leaves him with a favorable opportunity to hit the over here.

Rui Hachimura, Washington Wizards at Philadelphia 76ers

Over 20.5 Points + Rebounds (-105)

Wager: 1 unit (win would pay 1.95 units) Two factors contributed to Hachimura’s big performance in Game 4 in which he provided 20 points and 13 rebounds. First, Davis Bertans (calf) went down, which resulted in Hachimura logging 42 minutes. Second, Joel Embiid (knee) missed the second half, providing less resistance in the paint and on the glass. Bertans is out for the rest of the playoffs and Embiid is listed as doubtful, which could lead to another productive evening for Hachimura.
