Not everyone is allowed to join Shuffle, due to the terms of its Curaçao license. More than ten countries are explicitly excluded in the terms of service, including Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK and the USA. What about security? Is Shuffle safe to use?

Yes. First of all, your personal data and financial transactions are secured by the latest SSL encryption technology.

That’s great for privacy, but does it come at the cost of security? That’s a 4% theoretical margin for the bookmaker, which is far lower than many of the best-known online betting platforms. Ultimately, that means more money in your pocket whenever your bets win.

Major tennis matches, such as ATP and WTA events, are usually priced to 105%, which is in line with other major sportsbooks. While US competitions like the NHL, NBA and NFL are normally in the 106% to 107% range. Again, that’s perfectly acceptable compared to international sportsbooks.

You can email support@shuffle.com, but the best way to get in touch is through the live chat widget. Click the purple headset icon to get started. You’ll be met with an AI chatbot at first, but if you just tap “account query” then “other queries”, you can speak to a human.

Typically, you shouldn’t have to wait more than two minutes for a reply. I tested this claim for my Shuffle review, and was not disappointed – “Lily” picked up my message in less than ten seconds. She was a delight to speak with, answering my questions swiftly, with a really upbeat tone.

One of the questions I asked was whether or not Shuffle has a mobile app. It does not, but she said they hope to have one soon. Watch this space, I guess.

A fair selection of ongoing bonuses at Shuffle

Shuffle gets a good overall rating from me, for a variety of reasons. But if I had one criticism, I’d like a few more bonuses for regular players.

There are some, which I’ll detail shortly, but they’re not really worth shouting about. I would love to see the addition of weekly reload bonuses, for instance, handing out free spins or bonus funds on a more frequent basis.

Anyway, here are four notable promotions that were running when I wrote my Shuffle review:

• Sports betting insurance: Get a refund on eligible single bets. For example, when your NBA team loses in overtime.

Like most casino loyalty programs, you pick up points – dubbed XP, or experience points at Shuffle – that help you climb the ladder. You don’t have to manually opt in, as everyone enrolls automatically, but you start out Unranked.

That means you don’t actually receive any loyalty benefits until you reach the next tier by collecting 500 XP. There are ten tiers in all, from Unranked to Diamond, with each bringing increasingly beneficial perks.

Deposits and withdrawal by crypto only

Shuffle is a crypto betting platform, so there’s no way to deposit or withdraw via card, bank transfer, or ewallets like Skrill and Neteller. Instead, you’ll transact using 20 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.

If you don’t own any crypto, the cashier features an integrated exchange, powered either by Moonpay or Swapped – the choice is yours. This allows you to quickly and easily purchase one of 16 digital currencies with which to place your bets.

Pro tip: if you’re going to use the built-in exchange, I’d recommend creating a Swapped account, rather than Moonpay. Not only is the minimum purchase amount lower – it’s €7.50 (or currency equivalent) compared to €20 – but you normally get a better exchange rate, too.

Fast withdrawals

As a crypto casino and betting site, Shuffle pays out extremely quickly. A risk-based approach is taken to KYC checks, so most people can withdraw without needing to provide Level 2 documentation. That includes stuff like providing an identity document, such as a passport, and proof of address.

Unless you’re behaving suspiciously, payouts of less than $2,000 are normally processed immediately. From there, withdrawal speeds depend on which of the 20 Shuffle crypto currencies you’ve chosen to use. But you can normally expect to receive the money in a matter of minutes.
